Refunds

As our products are digital in nature, no refunds will be offered unless the product is faulty.In such cases this will be corrected and a fully working  version will be sent.Digital services/downloads are not returnable as the customer has already accessed the product and has it on their device, with no means of returning it in the conventional sense. This is in accordance with UK distance selling regulations which state that the 14 day right to cancel does not apply to downloaded products. By putchasing ANY digital download from this website, the customer is accepting such terms which we have clearly made available on each purchase page.The only exception to this is entirely at the discretion of Gizzapp.com. In such an event, the customer will be refunded minus an administration fee of £0.50.It is considered as acceptance of these terms by users of this website.If customers are in disagreement of our terms of service, we encourage them not to use our website.All decisions are final.
